The Product Line Manager plans and directs the development of passive microwave components for Space and other high-reliability markets. This individual is also responsible for the successful launch of new products, commercial acceptance and the ultimate profit contribution of those products.
Requirements:
Musts:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics
5-10 years of experience designing passive microwave components
Minimum of 2 years experience designing for satellite applications
Experience estimating, budgeting, and managing product costs
Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed.
Ability to lead and manage project based activities to completion
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exhibits sound judgment
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired:
Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
Experience with electromagnetic, (EM) thermal or mechanical simulation
Experience in the development of marketing collateral such as data sheets, catalogs or technical web pages
Additional Information
Qualified candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment physical and drug screen.
