We currently have an urgent need for a Restaurant Kitchen Manager at our location in the Pottstown area! This person should have a strong attention to detail along with an upbeat & energetic personality.
REQUIREMENTS
2
years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
KM experience in restaurants with volume exceeding $2 million
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
