QA Manager, for a small mfg facility, Douglassville.
Must have ability to be hands on Manager & QA Tech.
Perform 1st piece insp.
on 1st shift during start-ups & periodically during the shift.
Deal w/ cust.
complaints, complete corrective action reports & communicate to customers.
Must be able to read & understand prints, use calipers, micrometers & able to use &/or learn to use CMM machine.
Supervise QA techs on 2nd & 3rd shift and be part of the QA team.
Should have knowledge of ISO cert.
/compliance.
