The overall goal of this position is to increase business profitability and overall success of each property, to help decrease expenses, and to assist in retaining tenants.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Duties:
Leasing & Tenant Relations Complete move-in and move-outs List and market all vacant units within 1 week of receiving notice of vacancy Oversee application process and verifications of all potential tenants Draft and execute lessees on behalf of the owners Oversee turnover of all vacant units Ensure all tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner Coordinate and communicate with tenants and vendors for any maintenance requests and repairs Rent Collection Receive and credit rent monies to tenants Ensure rents are properly posted to the tenant ledger Supervise and complete the eviction process in accordance with PA state laws Attend court on behalf of owners and company Properties Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep of property Send reports to owners with recommendations Complete weekly property manager reporting including vacancy reporting, rent collection, outstanding balances, and any issues Complete monthly rent distributions and reporting
