Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)- Pottstown, PA

Teams NYC - We are currently looking to hire a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Pottstown, PA area!Great opportunity and competitive pay! Job duties are considerable and vary from building to building depending on size, level of care, managerial structure, and focus.
Generally, this position acts as the director of the facility and is ultimately responsible for all patient care and business decisions.
Administrator job duties may include:
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long term goals and mission o Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively o Hire (and fire) staff and employees at every level o Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations o Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed o Provide regular safety and compliance training o Create and maintain a budget o Oversee billing and set fees o Act as the 'face' of the organization for the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields o Experience in a managerial role o LNHA in PA o Strong leadership qualities o Strong organizational skillsJob Type:
Full-time Recommended Skills Billing Clinical Works Compliance Training Coordinating Health Care Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
